Bråbo Industri söker nu en erfaren mekanikkonstruktör som vill vara med och utveckla kundanpassad produktionsutrustning för industrin.

Om rollen

Som mekanikkonstruktör på Bråbo Industri blir du en del av mekanikteamet och arbetar nära både kollegor, kunder, leverantörer och produktion.

Bråbo Industri utvecklar och kundanpassar produktionsutrustning för industrin. Det kan handla om specialmaskiner, fixturer och olika tekniska anpassningar som tas fram från förstudie och koncept till färdig installation och driftsättning.

I rollen får du vara med genom hela projektet – från den första tekniska diskussionen och konceptutvecklingen till tillverkning, montage, tester och uppföljning hos kund.

Projekten varierar i både omfattning och komplexitet. Du kommer att arbeta parallellt i flera uppdrag i olika faser och förväntas självständigt driva dina delar av projekten framåt.

Arbetet utgår från kontoret i Åby men innebär även arbete ute hos kunder och tillverkare i regionen.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att omfatta:

  • Förstudier och konceptutveckling
  • Mekanisk konstruktion i CAD
  • Offertarbete
  • Framtagning av större sammanställningar, tillverkningsunderlag och teknisk dokumentation
  • Tekniska bedömningar kring material, toleranser och hållfasthet
  • Anpassning och utveckling av kundunika tekniska lösningar
  • Teknisk dialog med kunder, leverantörer och produktion
  • Medverkan vid montage, tester och driftsättning
  • Säkerställa att konstruktionerna fungerar i praktiken och möter projektets tekniska krav

Vi söker dig som

Har några års erfarenhet av mekanikkonstruktion i industriell miljö och känner dig trygg med att självständigt driva konstruktionsarbete framåt.

Du har en god förståelse för hela kedjan från konstruktion till tillverkning och montage och uppskattar att arbeta nära den praktiska verkligheten och produktionen. För dig är det viktigt att en konstruktion inte bara fungerar på ritningen, utan också är genomförbar, robust och användbar i produktion.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av mekanikkonstruktion
  • Goda kunskaper inom CAD
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära tillverkning, montage eller verkstad
  • God förståelse för dimensionering, funktion och praktiska konstruktionsbegränsningar
  • Förmåga att självständigt driva dina arbetsuppgifter framåt
  • Förmåga att föra tekniska diskussioner med kunder och andra projektparter
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, i tal och skrift
  • B-körkort

Relevant ingenjörsutbildning inom mekanik eller motsvarande är meriterande.

  • Maskinsäkerhet och CE-märkning
  • SolidWorks
  • Pneumatik
  • Hydraulik
  • Drivsystem
  • Konstruktion av specialmaskiner och produktionsutrustning

Som person är du självgående, lösningsorienterad och tekniskt nyfiken. Du tycker om att sätta dig in i nya problem och hitta praktiska lösningar som fungerar både tekniskt och ute i verkligheten.

Du är kommunikativ och trivs med att samarbeta med såväl kunder som kollegor och leverantörer. Eftersom du arbetar i flera projekt parallellt behöver du också vara strukturerad och bekväm med att ta ansvar för dina delar av projekten.
