Nous recrutons un(e) Conducteur(trice) d’engin raboteur pour rejoindre une entreprise spécialisée dans l’entretien des routes.

Vous interviendrez sur différents chantiers afin de réaliser des travaux de rabotage des chaussées. Ce poste associe conduite de poids lourd et de super poids lourd, utilisation d’engins spécifiques et entretien du matériel.

Aucune expérience en rabotage n’est nécessaire : une formation complète est assurée par l’entreprise !

Vos missions

  • Acheminer le camion, la remorque et la raboteuse jusqu’aux différents chantiers.
  • Réaliser les opérations de rabotage des routes selon les consignes du chef de chantier.
  • Veiller au bon déroulement des interventions et au respect des règles de sécurité.
  • Assurer le nettoyage et l’entretien courant des équipements : raboteuse, camion et véhicule léger.
  • Participer à la maintenance de premier niveau du matériel.
  • Intervenir sur différents chantiers en fonction des besoins et du planning.

Secteurs d’intervention : Loiret (45), Loir-et-Cher (41), Cher (18), Indre (36), Indre-et-Loire (37), Eure-et-Loir (28) et Nièvre (58).

Des déplacements sont à prévoir, avec des découchés occasionnels et des interventions possibles de nuit.

Profil recherché

  • Vous possédez impérativement les permis PL et SPL.
  • Vous êtes sérieux(se), autonome, soigneux(se) et attentif(ve) à la sécurité.
  • Vous appréciez la conduite, le travail en extérieur et la polyvalence.
  • Vous aimez apprendre et souhaitez développer de nouvelles compétences.
  • Une connaissance du secteur du BTP serait un plus, mais n’est pas obligatoire.

Les débutants dans le métier sont les bienvenus : votre motivation et votre envie d’apprendre feront la différence !

Une formation complète pour apprendre le métier

L’entreprise vous accompagne dans votre prise de poste grâce à une formation interne comprenant :

  • Une formation aux règles de sécurité et aux autorisations de conduite.
  • Un apprentissage de la conduite et du réglage de la raboteuse.
  • Des exercices pratiques sur simulateur.
  • Un accompagnement par des formateurs et des professionnels expérimentés.

La formation est entièrement prise en charge par l’entreprise. La montée en autonomie s’effectue généralement en 4 à 7 mois, selon votre progression.

Rémunération et avantages

  • CDI à pourvoir dès que possible.
  • Salaire de base débutant : 2 006 € brut mensuel sur 37 heures, hors primes.
  • Rémunération évolutive selon les compétences et l’autonomie sur chantier.

Pour les candidats expérimentés, la rémunération sera étudiée selon les compétences et l’expérience.
