The posting

Job&Talent France, recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim), un déclarant douanes H/F à Gretz Armainvilliers (77) pour son client dans le secteur de la logistique

Vos Missions principales

Imprimer les documents export et import (formation obligatoire)

Représente la société RHENUS auprès des autorités douanières

Envoi des documents (EUR1, ATR, EX) aux transitaires ou clients, en respectant la procédure.

Assiste et réalise si besoin les visites douanes, il conseille le client et mesure sa performance de ses

actions.

Respecte les consignes de sécurité, les process et modes opératoires et le règlement intérieur.

Il doit être rigoureux, sérieux, organisé.

Assure une polyvalence ponctuelle afin d’apporter son aide au bon fonctionnement général de

l’exploitation et réalise accessoirement des missions ne rentrant pas dans ses prérogatives générales.

Forme et s’assure que son backup remplisse la mission donnée, il en mesure son efficacité, puisqu’il

garde la responsabilité.

Il partage les informations nouvelles, il alerte la hiérarchie au besoin et il prend soin de remonter ces

indicateurs quotidiennement.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h hebdomadaires
  • Horaires de travail : 8h00 – 16h30 / 1h de pause non rémunérée

Profil recherché

Bac + 2

Expérience recommandée

Anglais B1 / B2

Aide-déclarant en douane

Maîtriser la relation client au téléphone

Utiliser les technologies de l’information (Excel, Word et de la communication Outlook)

Connaître le contexte légal et réglementaire qui encadre chaque disposition du secteur
