Acteur reconnu dans le secteur de la logistique et de la supply chain, notre client accompagne de grandes enseignes dans la gestion de leurs flux logistiques et de leurs activités e-commerce et retail.

Dans le cadre du développement de son site logistique mécanisé situé à Poupry, à proximité d'Orléans, notre client renforce ses équipes et recherche un(e) Responsable d'Activité Logistique.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de site, vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel de votre activité et l'encadrement de vos équipes.

Management et animation des équipes :

  • Encadrer, accompagner et fédérer les équipes au quotidien.
  • Organiser les briefings et débriefings.
  • Veiller à la motivation et à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Développer la polyvalence des équipes.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures et des bonnes pratiques.

Organisation et pilotage de l'activité :

  • Adapter les ressources humaines aux volumes d'activité.
  • Organiser les plannings et anticiper les besoins en personnel.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de productivité et analyser les résultats.
  • Veiller à la performance et à la rentabilité de votre périmètre.

Relation client et amélioration continue :

  • Assurer une communication régulière avec les clients.
  • Garantir la qualité des prestations.
  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration et mettre en place des plans d'action.
  • Accompagner les évolutions de l'activité et les projets de développement.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure et d'une expérience significative en management dans le secteur de la logistique.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des environnements logistiques et de leurs contraintes opérationnelles.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à fédérer une équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
  • Vous êtes réactif(ve), autonome et orienté(e) résultats.
