Funções:

  • Definir, implementar e otimizar processos de fabrico, garantindo a sua eficiência, qualidade e segurança, em conformidade com as normas do setor automóvel.
  • Analisar e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos existentes, através da aplicação de metodologias como Lean Manufacturing, 5S e Seis Sigma.
  • Elaborar e rever documentação técnica, como fluxogramas de processo, instruções de trabalho e planos de controlo, assegurando a sua atualização e conformidade.
  • Colaborar ativamente com as equipas de produção, qualidade, manutenção e desenvolvimento de produto para a resolução de problemas e implementação de novas soluções.
  • Participar no desenvolvimento e na industrialização de novos produtos, desde a fase de prototipagem até à produção em série, garantindo a robustez dos processos.
  • Realizar estudos de capacidade e de tempos/métodos, propondo otimizações que visem a redução de custos e o aumento da produtividade.
  • Apoiar na formação e capacitação das equipas de produção sobre novos processos e tecnologias implementadas.
  • Monitorizar os indicadores de desempenho dos processos (KPIs), analisando desvios e implementando ações corretivas e preventivas.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Engenharia de Materiais, ou área relevante.
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em funções similares, preferencialmente na indústria automóvel ou em ambiente industrial de produção em série.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Seis Sigma).
  • Capacidade de análise crítica, resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão.
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês (oral e escrito).
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA ou similar) é valorizado.
  • Proatividade, autonomia e forte sentido de responsabilidade.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para trabalhar em equipa multidisciplinar.
