A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Operador de Produção para empresa de referência no setor automóvel localizada em Valença.

Funções:

  • Realizar operações de montagem e produção de componentes eletrónicos e cablagens, seguindo rigorosamente as especificações técnicas e os padrões de qualidade definidos.
  • Efetuar o controlo de qualidade visual e funcional dos produtos em diversas fases do processo, identificando e reportando quaisquer não conformidades.
  • Operar máquinas e equipamentos industriais específicos da linha de produção, assegurando a sua limpeza e manutenção básica.
  • Preencher registos de produção e fichas de controlo, garantindo a rastreabilidade dos produtos e processos.
  • Colaborar ativamente na organização e manutenção da limpeza e ordem do posto de trabalho e da área de produção, seguindo as normas de segurança e higiene no trabalho.
  • Participar em ações de melhoria contínua, contribuindo com sugestões para otimizar os métodos de trabalho e a eficiência da linha.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia, ainda que mínima, em ambiente de produção industrial, preferencialmente no setor automóvel ou eletrónico.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa, demonstrando proatividade e responsabilidade no cumprimento das tarefas.
  • Destreza manual e atenção ao detalhe para a manipulação de componentes pequenos e precisos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos rotativos, incluindo noturnos e fins de semana, se necessário.
  • Robustez física e boa capacidade de concentração para realizar tarefas repetitivas e/ou em pé durante o período de trabalho.
  • Escolaridade mínima obrigatória (9.º ano), valorizando-se o ensino secundário ou formação profissional na área.
