A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Operador de Produção para empresa de referência no setor de componentes automóveis localizada em Palmela. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para integrar uma unidade fabril inovadora, com padrões rigorosos de qualidade e segurança, onde poderá desenvolver competências técnicas e crescer profissionalmente no seio de uma equipa dinâmica e estruturada.

Funções:

- Operar e monitorizar máquinas e equipamentos industriais na linha de produção, assegurando o cumprimento das cadências estabelecidas.

- Realizar o controlo de qualidade visual e dimensional das peças produzidas, garantindo a conformidade com as normas e especificações técnicas.

- Abastecer as linhas de montagem com as matérias-primas e componentes necessários, prevenindo interrupções no fluxo produtivo.

- Registar paragens, anomalias e dados operacionais nos sistemas internos e folhas de produção diárias.

- Efetuar a limpeza, organização e manutenção básica do posto de trabalho e equipamentos de acordo com a metodologia 5S.

- Cumprir rigorosamente todas as normas internas de segurança, saúde no trabalho e proteção ambiental em vigor na fábrica.

Requisitos:

- Escolaridade mínima ao nível do 9.º ano ou 12.º ano (preferencial).

- Experiência profissional prévia em ambiente fabril ou industrial, preferencialmente no setor automóvel ou metalomecânico.

- Disponibilidade imediata para trabalhar em regime de turnos rotativos ou fixos, incluindo fins de semana quando necessário.

- Forte sentido de responsabilidade, atenção ao detalhe, dinamismo e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.

- Facilidade de deslocação para a zona de Palmela ou posse de viatura própria.

- Boa capacidade física, destreza manual e agilidade na execução de tarefas repetitivas.
