A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Operadores de Produção para empresa de referência no setor industrial localizada em Paredes.

Funções:

  • Operar máquinas e equipamentos de produção de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos, garantindo a eficiência e qualidade.
  • Monitorizar e controlar os parâmetros de produção, efetuando ajustes quando necessário para otimizar o processo, bem como abastecer a máquina.
  • Realizar o controlo de qualidade visual e dimensional dos produtos fabricados, identificando e reportando não conformidades.
  • Embalamento de produto.
  • Organizar e manter o local de trabalho limpo e arrumado, seguindo as normas de segurança e higiene.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em ambiente industrial ou funções de operador de produção (preferencial).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos rotativos (obrigatório).
  • Carta de condução e forma de se deslocar independente, por falta de transportes públicos.
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, proatividade e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de segurança e higiene no trabalho industrial.
  • Residência na zona de Paredes ou concelhos limítrofes (preferencial).

Oferta:

  • Vencimento Base: 930€
  • Subsídio de Alimentação: 7€ por dia efetivo de trabalho
  • Subsídio Turno: 15% turno rotativo semanal (cerca de 139,5€)
  • Subsídio Noturno: 25% (cerca de 232,5€)
  • Prémio Assiduidade: 5% (46,5€)
  • Horários Rotativos: de segunda a sexta-feira das 07h00-15h00 ou das 15h00-23h00 (rotativo semanalmente)
  • Horário Fixo Noturno: de segunda a sexta-feira das 23h00-07h00
  • Integração numa empresa sólida e de referência no seu setor de atividade.
