A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Serralheiro de Cunhos e Cortantes (M/F/X) para empresa de referência no setor metalomecânico e de fabrico de componentes para a indústria automóvel, localizada em Vendas Novas.

Funções:

  • Realizar a montagem, desmontagem e manutenção preventiva e corretiva de cunhos e cortantes.
  • Efetuar o ajuste e afinação de componentes, garantindo a precisão e o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos;
  • Diagnosticar e reparar avarias mecânicas em ferramentas de corte e estampagem;
  • Utilizar máquinas-ferramentas convencionais e CNC (tornos, fresadoras, retificadoras) para fabricar e adaptar peças;
  • Proceder ao controlo de qualidade das peças e ferramentas produzidas, utilizando instrumentos de medição adequados;
  • Colaborar com as equipas de produção e engenharia na melhoria contínua dos processos e ferramentas;
  • Manter a organização e limpeza do posto de trabalho e das ferramentas utilizadas;
  • Cumprir as normas de segurança, higiene e saúde no trabalho em vigor na empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência profissional em Serralharia Mecânica, Ferramentaria, Moldes, ou área similar;
  • Experiência comprovada na função de serralheiro de cunhos e cortantes em ambiente industrial;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de desenho técnico e interpretação de esquemas mecânicos;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com tolerâncias apertadas e elevado grau de precisão;
  • Experiência na utilização de máquinas-ferramentas convencionais (torno, fresa, retificadora) e, preferencialmente, noções de CNC;
  • Destreza manual, atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia no desempenho das tarefas;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos rotativos.

  • Subsídio de Refeição: existe cantina, excepto no turno das 00h00-07h00 que recebe 6 euros em dinheiro;
  • Trabalho suplementar em feriados, sábados e domingos, horas pagas a 150% + 9 euros para subsidio de alimentação + 0,36 cêntimos ao km.
