A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Técnico de Manutenção e Robótica - Part-time para empresa de referência no setor de componentes automóveis localizada em Vendas Novas. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para integrar uma unidade fabril moderna e de topo tecnológico, onde poderás desenvolver as tuas competências técnicas num ambiente dinâmico e de contínua inovação.

Funções:

- Realizar a manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva de equipamentos industriais e linhas de produção robotizadas.

- Efetuar o diagnóstico, análise de avarias e reparação de sistemas eletromecânicos, hidráulicos, pneumáticos e eletrónicos.

- Programar, parametrizar, otimizar e calibrar braços robóticos industriais (designadamente em aplicações de soldadura e manipulação).

- Apoiar na integração, arranque e teste de novas células robotizadas e equipamentos de automação industrial.

- Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de qualidade, ambiente e segurança no trabalho em todas as intervenções técnicas efetuadas.

- Registar detalhadamente todas as ordens de trabalho e relatórios técnicos no sistema de gestão de manutenção da empresa.

Requisitos:

- Formação técnica superior ou curso profissional de nível IV/V em Mecatrónica, Robótica, Automação Industrial, Eletrotecnia ou Manutenção Industrial.

- Experiência profissional ou de Estágio em manutenção industrial e programação de robots em contexto fabril.

- Conhecimentos e práticos em autómatos programáveis (PLC), variação de velocidade, pneumática e sistemas hidráulicos.

- Forte capacidade analítica, sentido crítico e competências na resolução metódica de problemas técnicos sob pressão.

- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos rotativos de 4 horas e flexibilidade horária consoante as necessidades de produção.

- Residência em Vendas Novas ou áreas limítrofes, com viatura própria para deslocação diária.
