A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Técnico de Metrologia (M/F/X) para empresa de referência no setor automóvel e metalomecânico localizada em Vendas Novas.

Funções:

  • Realizar calibrações e verificações de equipamentos de medição, assegurando a sua conformidade com as normas e padrões estabelecidos.
  • Elaborar e manter atualizados os registos metrológicos, incluindo certificados de calibração e relatórios de não conformidade.
  • Efetuar medições dimensionais complexas em peças e componentes, utilizando equipamentos como máquinas de medição tridimensional (MMT), projetores de perfis e rugosímetros.
  • Apoiar o departamento de qualidade na análise de causas de desvios e na implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Colaborar na otimização de processos de medição, propondo melhorias e novas metodologias para aumentar a precisão e eficiência.
  • Participar na validação de novos processos e produtos, garantindo que os requisitos metrológicos são cumpridos desde as fases iniciais.

Requisitos:

  • Formação técnica superior ou profissional na área de Metrologia, Qualidade Industrial, Mecatrónica ou similar.
  • Experiência comprovada em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente no setor automóvel, com foco em controlo dimensional e metrologia.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em interpretação de desenho técnico, tolerâncias geométricas (GD&T) e sistemas de coordenadas.
  • Experiência prática na utilização e programação de máquinas de medição tridimensional (MMT) e outros equipamentos de medição avançados.
  • Familiaridade com normas de qualidade (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) e boas práticas de laboratório de calibração.
  • Capacidade de análise crítica, atenção ao detalhe e resolução de problemas.
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador e ferramentas de software específicas de metrologia.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos rotativos.
