Jouw rol Jij beheert de volledige aankoop- en planningscyclus voor een toegewezen productengamma. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne teams en externe leveranciers.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van forecast- en behoefteplanningen
  • Analyseren van verkooptrends, voorraadniveaus en productiebehoeften
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Coördineren van leveringen en tijdig ingrijpen bij vertragingen
  • Contact met leveranciers en correcte verwerking van prijzen in het ERP-systeem
  • Monitoren van voorraad en signaleren van risico’s
  • Rapporteren aan de Aankoopmanager en onderbouwen van beslissingen met analyses

Hoe ziet een werkdag eruit? Je start met het checken van de stand van zaken: voorraden, lopende bestellingen en forecasts. Je stemt af met collega’s van aankoop, productie en logistiek. Je volgt leveringen op, analyseert afwijkingen en zet onmiddellijk acties uit bij problemen. Je sluit de dag af met rapportage en overleg over optimalisaties.

  • Bachelor of master in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfseconomie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in aankoop, demand planning of materiaalplanning, stabiel werkverleden
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie (vleesverwerking is een plus)
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en cijfermatig inzicht
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel (incl. draaitabellen), ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht werken
  • Uitstekende communicatie in het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans
