Ben jij nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en help je graag anderen vooruit? Als Service Assistant ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze techniekers, klanten en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk servicebezoek tot in de puntjes voorbereid is en administratief vlot verloopt. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen onze Service Engineers zich concentreren op hun technische taken bij de klant.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je maakt werkopdrachten (Service Work Orders) aan in het systeem (Salesforce).
  • Je plant afspraken in met techniekers en stemt alles af.
  • Je zorgt dat alle documenten in orde zijn voor zowel technieker als klant: sociale zekerheidsdocumenten, visa, reis- en verzekeringspapieren, contracten, certificaten en risicoanalyses.
  • Je regelt reizen (vluchten, hotels, huurauto’s) en volgt reisadviezen op.
  • Je houdt informatie en contracten bij in het systeem en in dossiers.
  • Je maakt eenvoudige offertes voor extra werk of materialen.
  • Na een servicebezoek werk je alles administratief af en sluit je het dossier.
  • Je controleert kosten, vergelijkt deze met de facturatie en helpt bij het opstellen van facturen (binnen 48 uur na het werk).
  • Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date en verstuurt rapporten en documenten naar klanten.
  • Je controleert en keurt onkosten van techniekers goed, en checkt timesheets voor correcte verloning.
  • Je ondersteunt bij projecten en administratie met onderaannemers.

  • Je werkt vlot met computers (Microsoft Office, Google)
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig
  • Je kan goed plannen en werken tegen deadlines
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans; kennis Spaans of Italiaans is een plus
  • Ervaring met Salesforce of een ander CRM-systeem en/of basis boekhoudkundige kennis (facturen, BTW) is een plus
