Als Administratief Medewerker Klantendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen of klachten na hun aankoop. Je beheert klachtendossiers van A tot Z en communiceert vlot via telefoon en e-mail. Je zoekt steeds naar oplossingen die zowel klantgericht als commercieel zijn. Dankzij de on-the-job opleiding leer je snel alle processen kennen.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Klachten behandelen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Opvolgen en afsluiten van klachtendossiers
  • Foto’s en bijkomende informatie opvragen bij klanten
  • Communiceren met leveranciers
  • Afwisselend werken aan kassa, omruilbalie en telefonie
  • Bestellingen opvolgen en klanten verder helpen
  • Bijspringen in de verkoop tijdens drukke momenten (ook weekends en feestdagen)

Jouw impact

Je bent de schakel tussen klant, leverancier en collega’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord voelt en tevreden vertrekt. Ben jij klaar om jouw administratieve en communicatieve talenten in te zetten binnen een warm team? Solliciteer dan snel en bouw mee aan ons succes!

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur administratief/taal
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling & schriftelijk)
  • Assertief, klantgericht en stressbestendig
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Talenkennis: perfect Nederlands, stevige basis Frans en Engels
  • Flexibel voor weekend- en feestdagwerk (niet onderhandelbaar)
  • Initiatiefnemer en teamplayer
  • Minstens 1 à 2 jaar relevante ervaring in klachten- of klantendienst
