Als back-up teamleider in ons logistiek magazijn te Geel ben je de rechterhand van de vaste teamleider. Je ondersteunt het dagelijkse warehouse-proces en springt bij waar nodig. 70% van de tijd zal je zelf werken als orderpicker en gedurende die tijd geleidelijk aan de taken leren van een teamleader. Wanneer de teamleader afwezig is, neem jij deze taken over.

Op een werkdag als teamleader start je met een korte teambriefing. Je verdeelt de taken, volgt de planning op en houdt een oogje in het zeil op de werkvloer. Je werkt actief mee en zorgt dat alles veilig, snel en correct verloopt. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en denkt mee aan verbeteringen.
