Si vous aimez créer des liens et rendre service, ce poste de conseiller·ère service client est fait pour vous. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique à Liège, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des clients du secteur automobile. Votre maîtrise du bilinguisme allemand/français sera déterminante pour fournir un service après-vente de qualité.

Au quotidien, vous prendrez en charge les appels entrants, gérerez les demandes liées au service après-vente, et assurerez le suivi administratif des dossiers. Vous encoderez et mettrez à jour les informations clients, accompagnerez et orienterez les clients, et collaborerez étroitement avec les différents services internes pour résoudre les demandes efficacement. Les horaires sont flexibles, du lundi au samedi, entre 8h00 et 18h30.

  • Allemand langue maternelle ou niveau équivalent
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et au service client
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Organisation, rigueur et autonomie
  • Disponibilité du lundi au samedi, entre 8h00 et 18h30
  • Diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur ou équivalent
  • Tous niveaux d’expérience bienvenus (junior à senior)
