Als Customer Service Specialist Export ben jij de spil in het opvolgen van exportorders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen van internationale klanten administratief en organisatorisch tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn: van orderinvoer tot levering en alles daartussen.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Invoeren en bevestigen van internationale orders
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en beheren van klantendossiers
  • Verwerken van exportdocumenten
  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en collega’s
  • Voorraadbeheer en bewaken van een vlotte goederenstroom
  • Proactief meedenken bij problemen of vertragingen
  • Sales ondersteunen bij offertes en commerciële opvolging

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in Customer Service, orderverwerking of Supply Chain
  • Ervaring in Sales Support is een plus
  • Sterk in administratie, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Prioriteiten stellen en overzicht houden bij drukte
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht
  • Kennis van douaneformaliteiten, scheepvaart en baanvracht is een troef
  • Zelfstandig én in team kunnen werken
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Duits is een plus)
  • Goede kennis MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ervaring met ERP en exportformaliteiten is een extra pluspunt
