Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het technisch beheer van een indrukwekkende site? Als verantwoordelijke technische diensten zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte werking van het gebouwonderhoud op de site in Schaffen bij Diest. Je krijgt de kans om je leiderschap en technische kennis maximaal in te zetten binnen een uniek operationeel kader.

Takenpakket:

  • Leiden, coachen en aansturen van een team technische arbeiders en ploegbaas
  • Opvolgen van technische projecten en aansturen van onderhoudsactiviteiten (hard services)
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten en KPI’s
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van risicoanalyses en vergunningen voor veilig werken
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en rapporteren aan Defensie en andere stakeholders
  • Zorgen voor een optimale planning en organisatie van interventies
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de technische dienstverlening
  • Initiëren van verbetertrajecten en innovatieve oplossingen
  • Strikte opvolging van procedures, veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Dagelijkse aanwezigheid op de site in Schaffen, nauwe samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen

  • Ervaring als technisch verantwoordelijke gebouwonderhoud/hard service manager
  • Ervaring met P&L budgetbeheer: Je bent financieel onderlegd en verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de winst- en verliesrekening van jouw site/projecten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in operationeel management van technische teams
  • Praktijkervaring als technieker in een vergelijkbare omgeving is een sterke troef
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Sterke skills in people management, projectbeheer, budgetbeheer en stakeholder management
  • Analytisch denkvermogen, communicatief sterk en resultaatgericht
  • Leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Fulltime beschikbaarheid
  • Enkel on-site werken in Schaffen mogelijk (geen thuiswerk)
