The posting

En tant qu’Opérateur·trice Grue et Engins de Chantier, vous serez responsable de la conduite de grues et de différents engins pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de notre site de recyclage à Charleroi. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la manutention sécurisée des matériaux, le support logistique, et le bon déroulement des flux de travail. Votre expertise contribuera à l’efficacité des procédés de recyclage essentiels à notre mission.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené·e à manipuler des grues, charger et décharger des matériaux, et utiliser divers types de machines. Vous participerez activement aux opérations du site, travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe et respecterez scrupuleusement les consignes de sécurité. Ce poste opérationnel requiert flexibilité, énergie et un fort sens des responsabilités.

  • Brevet grutier valide (obligatoire)
  • Forte affinité avec les machines et engins de chantier
  • Expérience en tant que grutier, machiniste, conducteur d’engins, secteur agricole ou indépendant est un atout
  • Profils juniors avec brevet et forte motivation bienvenus
  • Volontariat, flexibilité et goût pour le travail de terrain
  • Permis C est un plus, non obligatoire
  • Niveau d’études secondaire supérieur
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
  • Niveau de carrière médian à confirmé
