Als hoofdmonteur ben jij de verantwoordelijke op de werf en stuurt je een team van twee aan bij het installeren van automatische schuifdeuren bij klanten in België en Luxemburg. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel collega’s als externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat elk project veilig, efficiënt en klantgericht verloopt.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je start vanuit het kantoor in jouw regio (Melle of Tongeren)
  • Je laadt je bedrijfswagen en vertrekt samen met je team naar de werf
  • Je verdeelt het werk, begeleidt je collega’s en bewaakt de kwaliteit
  • Je communiceert vlot met aannemers en vertegenwoordigers
  • Je controleert bouwstructuren en zorgt voor een veilige montage
  • Soms blijf je overnachten wanneer de werf dit vereist
  • Ervaring met montage, bij voorkeur in hout- of aluminiumsector
  • Mechanisch sterk, met minstens basiskennis elektriciteit
  • Teamspeler, klantgericht en verzorgd voorkomen
  • Inzicht in bouwstructuren en fysiek sterk (zware lasten tillen)
  • Goede kennis Nederlands (spreekvaardigheid)
  • Rijbewijs C is een plus of bereidheid om dit snel te behalen via de werkgever
  • Bereid om af en toe te overnachten voor opdrachten
  • Ambitieus, flexibel, nauwkeurig en goede samenwerker
