The posting

As a Lead Warehouse Associate in 2 shifts, you'll organize and oversee the order picking process. At the start of your shift, the foreman will brief you on the targets for the day. Together with your team, you ensure the right products are accurately picked and packed, and that all goals are met.

On an average workday, you guide your team in picking orders on the line, monitor quality and efficiency, and adjust where needed. You're the first point of contact for your colleagues, maintain order and cleanliness, and make sure everyone works safely. You'll work in a rotating shift system, which brings plenty of variety and dynamism.

  • Experience as an order picker or in a first-line leadership role
  • Motivation and accuracy are more important than your diploma
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Able to handle stress and perform well in a busy environment
  • Strong team spirit but also able to work independently
  • Eager to learn and open to discovering more about the production department
  • Keep the workplace tidy and prioritize safety
  • Fluent in Dutch or English
