Ben jij op zoek naar een job waarin je niet alleen in het magazijn werkt, maar ook de kans krijgt om door te groeien tot een leidinggevende functie? Als magazijnmedewerker met leidinggevende skills start je met een intensief opleidingstraject waarin je alle operationele processen leert kennen. Daarna word je Back-up Foreman: de rechterhand van de Foreman en een belangrijke schakel in het leidinggevende team.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag stuur je een team magazijnmedewerkers aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte organisatie van het werk. Je werkt actief mee in het magazijn als dat nodig is, en zorgt ervoor dat de operationele volumes correct en tijdig verwerkt worden. Centraal in je rol staan veiligheid, kwaliteit, procesverbetering en het coachen van collega’s. Je bewaakt de orde en netheid volgens de 5S-methodiek, signaleert problemen en reikt proactief oplossingen aan. Je zet in op duidelijke communicatie en zorgt voor een positieve teamsfeer. Daarnaast verzorg je de nodige administratie en rapportering.

  • Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een magazijnomgeving
  • Je bent leergierig en geïnteresseerd in logistiek
  • Je hebt aanleg voor leidinggeven en organiseren: je bent gedreven, stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent graag bezig met coaching en overleg
  • Je hebt interesse in veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesverbetering
  • Je bent beschikbaar om in dagdienst te werken
  • Pluspunten: eerste leidinggevende ervaring, attest voor het besturen van rollend materiaal, kennis van Engels, ervaring met WMS-pakketten, MS Excel en MS Outlook
