Takenpakket:

  • Veilig en zelfstandig oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen aan het machinepark
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en installaties
  • Storingen analyseren, ook aan PLC-sturingen, en samen met operatoren de oorzaak achterhalen
  • Verbeteringswerken uitvoeren zoals laswerk, maat- en paswerk, montage en vernieuwing van onderdelen
  • Bijdragen aan uitdagende onderhoudsprojecten en het optimaliseren van machines
  • Toezien op een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkvloer
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en innovatie binnen het team
  • Overleggen en samenwerken met collega-techniekers en productieoperatoren

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (bachelor, graduaat of A2) in mechanica of elektro-mechanica
  • Je beschikt relevante ervaring in onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van elektriciteit en PLC-sturing
  • Kennis van pompen, lagers en pneumatica is vereist; kennis van hydraulica, laswerken of planlezen is een plus
  • Je bent sterk in probleemanalyse en het zelfstandig opsporen van storingen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en met verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je neemt initiatief en zoekt continu naar verbeteringen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
