The posting

En tant qu’opérateur(trice) fraisage CNC, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la production de pièces mécaniques de haute qualité, réalisées à l’unité ou en série sur des machines à commande numérique (Heidenhain, Siemens, Mastercam). Votre expertise garantit la précision, la conformité et le respect des exigences de nos clients dans le secteur de la métallurgie.

Au quotidien, vous lisez et interprétez les plans techniques, réglez et conduisez les machines CNC, et utilisez des instruments de mesure pour contrôler vos réalisations. Vous effectuez également l’entretien de premier niveau de votre équipement et veillez au respect des procédures de sécurité et de qualité. Vous collaborez avec le responsable de production, l’équipe technique et, occasionnellement, vous échangez avec les clients lors de contrôles qualité ou de visites. Le vendredi, votre journée se termine à 12h30, afin de profiter pleinement de votre week-end !

Si vous avez une expérience confirmée en usinage CNC, que vous êtes précis(e) et motivé(e) à évoluer dans une entreprise stable, postulez dès maintenant. Rejoignez une équipe qui valorise votre savoir-faire et vous offre de vraies perspectives de CDI.

  • Expérience confirmée sur machines de fraisage CNC (Heidenhain, Siemens, Mastercam est un atout)
  • Lecture et interprétation des plans mécaniques
  • Maîtrise des outils de métrologie et instruments de mesure
  • Solide bagage en mathématiques appliquées (trigonométrie, géométrie)
  • Précision, rigueur et autonomie
  • Diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur ou expérience équivalente
  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en usinage CNC
  • Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Engagement envers la qualité, la sécurité et le respect des délais de production
