Als Operator Zeefdruk & Digitale Print kom je terecht in een innovatieve KMO die zich specialiseert in hoogwaardige wandbekleding voor een internationale markt. Je wordt intern opgeleid en maakt deel uit van een klein, betrokken team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoen door het bedienen van druktafels en het oplossen van druk- en kwaliteitsproblemen.

Je dag start met het voorbereiden van productieorders: je voert grondstoffen aan, bevoorraadt de machines en start het productieproces op. Je haalt afgewerkte producten uit de machine, controleert ze op kwaliteit en ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig in het productieproces. Na een grondige opleiding neem je ook het bedienen van digitale drukmachines en lamineermachines op, en leer je productmengelingen aanmaken volgens recept via een geautomatiseerd systeem.

  • Minimaal hoger secundair onderwijs
  • Je bent leergierig, gemotiveerd en maakt graag deel uit van een team
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent flexibel qua werkuren
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Ervaring met heftruck, mechanica of elektriciteit is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring, maar dit is geen must dankzij de uitgebreide interne opleiding
