Als orderpicker in een 2-ploegen systeem ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelproces van goederen binnen een dynamisch magazijn. Aan het begin van je shift ontvang je duidelijke instructies van de ploegverantwoordelijke. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten tijdig en correct worden gepickt en verpakt volgens de opgelegde targets.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met een teambriefing waarbij de dagdoelstellingen worden besproken. Daarna ga je aan de slag aan de orderpick band, waar je producten selecteert, deze zorgvuldig in de juiste dozen plaatst en het logistieke proces vlot laat verlopen. Je werkt in een hecht team, maar weet ook zelfstandig je weg te vinden. Veiligheid, orde en netheid staan steeds centraal in jouw manier van werken.

  • Je beschikt over een sterk ontwikkeld oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent stressbestendig en functioneert goed in een drukke omgeving
  • Je combineert teamspirit met zelfstandigheid
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om de productieafdeling te leren kennen
  • Je werkt ordelijk en veilig
  • Minimum lager onderwijs of lager secundair onderwijs
  • Ervaring als magazijnmedewerker/orderpicker is een plus (1 tot 5 jaar)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en/of Engels
