The posting

Als parkeermedewerker in Sint-Niklaas ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht houden op betalend parkeren en de parkeerduurbeperkingen in verschillende zones. Dat doe je zowel te voet als met de scanwagen. Je controleert geparkeerde wagens op geldige tickets, bewonerskaarten of parkeerschijven. Bij vaststelling van een inbreuk registreer je die digitaal en druk je een retributiebon af. Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor burgers die vragen hebben over het parkeerreglement.

Een gemiddelde dag bestaat uit verschillende rondgangen door de blauwe zones en betaalzones. Je wandelt vlot 15 km per dag, laadt de gegevens van je handterminal en stelt rapporteringen op in het logboek. Je werkt in een beurtrol, met werkuren tussen 9u en 19u, en je bent bereid minstens 1 op 2 zaterdagen te werken. In ruil daarvoor krijg je een vrije dag tijdens de week.

  • Je hebt kennis van het verkeersreglement
  • Je bent communicatief en sociaal vaardig
  • Je bent bereid om in beurtrol op zaterdag te werken (met een vrije dag tijdens de week)
  • Er is geen specifieke diplomavereiste, motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn cruciaal
