Als procesoperator werk je in een 2-ploegenstelsel en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van onze moderne productiemachines. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, lost kleine technische storingen op en zorgt voor basis-onderhoud. Daarnaast registreer je nauwgezet productiegegevens en draag je actief bij aan een veilige en nette werkvloer.

Jouw gemiddelde dag start met een ploegoverdracht, waarna je samen met collega-operatoren zorgt voor een vlot productieproces. Je controleert de kwaliteit van het drukwerk, stelt vouw- en snijmachines af, gebruikt meet- en controlegereedschap en werkt met ERP-productiesoftware. Wanneer er zich problemen voordoen, analyseer je snel en pak je deze zelfstandig of met het team aan. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit te waarborgen.

  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in geautomatiseerde productieprocessen
  • Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, gemotiveerde starters welkom
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteit
  • Flexibel, klantgericht en een echte teamspeler
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Leergierig en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Vlot Nederlands kunnen spreken
  • In het bezit van een diploma lager secundair onderwijs, hoger secundair onderwijs of graduaat
  • Ervaring met meet- en controlegereedschap, kwaliteitscontrole en ERP-software is een extra troef
