Als productiemedewerker in Olen maak jij het verschil binnen een dynamisch team in de voedingssector. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel en staat in voor het bedienen van verpakkingsmachines, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het correcte etiketteren en verpakken van voedingsproducten. Je krijgt de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen in een bedrijf met een uitstekende reputatie.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met een ploegoverdracht, waarna je de machines controleert en voorbereidt voor productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsnormen verloopt. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, houdt het productieproces in het oog en grijpt in bij kleine storingen of afwijkingen. Je werkt samen met collega’s, zodat de productie vlot en veilig verloopt.

  • Ervaring in een productie-omgeving of voeding is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste

  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en bent stressbestendig
  • Je hebt minstens een lager onderwijs diploma
  • Je bent leergierig en werkt graag samen met een team
