Als productiemedewerker in Herentals maak je deel uit van een enthousiast team binnen de voedingssector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van productiemachines, het aanvoeren van grondstoffen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en helpt mee om een nette en ordelijke werkvloer te garanderen.

Op een doorsneedag start je met een korte briefing en ga je daarna aan de slag met het inpakken van producten, het opvolgen van recepturen en het controleren van etikettering en verpakking. Je overlegt vlot met collega’s en springt flexibel bij waar nodig. Ook het signaleren van afwijkingen en het nemen van initiatief om verbeteringen voor te stellen, horen bij je dagelijkse taken.

  • Je kan productiemachines bedienen of wil dit snel aanleren
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig

  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken
  • Je bent stressbestendig, resultaatgericht en werkt goed in team
