Als Reliability Engineer ben je dé schakel die industriële installaties slimmer, performanter en duurzamer maakt. Je bent vanaf het begin betrokken bij investerings- en engineeringprojecten, waar je focust op standaardisatie, onderhoudbaarheid en lange termijn betrouwbaarheid. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit maintenance, engineering en productie om structurele verbeteringen te realiseren en de continuïteit van de installaties te garanderen.

Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het analyseren van proces- en onderhoudsdata, het uitwerken en optimaliseren van onderhoudsstrategieën (RCM, RCA, FMEA), het bepalen van kritische spare parts en het initiëren van verbetertrajecten. Daarnaast voer je technische analyses uit bij storingen en incidenten, ondersteun je collega’s als technisch expert en werk je actief mee aan onderzoeken rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu (SHE). Je neemt ownership, stelt bestaande processen in vraag en zet jouw analytisch vermogen om in concrete verbeteringen.

  • Masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving (ervaring in voeding, chemie of gelijkaardig is een plus)
  • Vertrouwd met onderhouds- en analysetechnieken zoals RCM, RCA en FMEA
  • Sterk in data-analyse en het vertalen van inzichten naar verbeteracties
  • Kennis van SAP en Lean (Green Belt) is een pluspunt
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
  • Ownership nemen en bestaande werkwijzen in vraag stellen
  • Communicatief sterk en graag samenwerken met diverse stakeholders
