The posting

Als Siteverantwoordelijke ben jij het operationeel en technisch aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse werking van vijf parkingsites in Antwerpen. Je combineert leiderschap, organisatie en een praktische aanpak om een optimale dienstverlening, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid te garanderen.

Takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert en stuurt een team van vier parkeerwachters aan.
  • Je beheert het Parking Management System en bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van producten en het beheer van kassa’s en geldstromen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en stakeholders op de sites.
  • Je maakt werkroosters op en ziet toe op de naleving van procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je organiseert technisch onderhoud en voert eerste-lijn interventies uit.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften en begeleidt evacuatieprocedures.
  • Je verzorgt het voorraadbeheer, plaatst bestellingen en volgt de administratie en rapportage op.
  • Je beheert camerabeelden en maakt cijfers en presentaties op.
  • Je werkt samen met het control center, de dienst mobiliteit en het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur als zaakvoerder of manager
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende vaardigheden en ervaring met het aansturen van teams
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningscapaciteiten
  • Technisch inzicht en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en betrouwbaar
  • Ervaring met commerciële verrichtingen en kasbeheer
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands én het Frans (gesproken en geschreven)
