Voor Job Talent zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Student Inhouse HR Consultant. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met onze HR Consultants en ondersteun je de dagelijkse HR- en recruitmentactiviteiten bij één van onze klanten.

Je krijgt de kans om de HR-werking binnen een bedrijf van dichtbij te leren kennen en ontdekt hoe je mee het verschil kunt maken in de zoektocht naar de juiste medewerkers. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop kansen om bij te leren!

Jouw taken

Als Student Inhouse HR Consultant ben je een belangrijke ondersteuning voor het HR-team op de werkvloer. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en medewerkers en helpt hen met hun vragen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van sollicitaties en de verdere begeleiding van kandidaten.
  • Je helpt bij het zoeken, screenen en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten voor openstaande vacatures.
  • Je neemt contact op met kandidaten via telefoon, mail en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het inplannen en voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Je volgt de personeelsplanning en de personeelsbezetting mee op.
  • Je helpt bij de administratieve verwerking van kandidaten, vacatures en personeelsgegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt de HR Consultants bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je leert de specifieke noden van de klant kennen en helpt mee om de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats te krijgen.
