Als Technisch Service Medewerker op de baan ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten en onze technische expertise. Je coördineert niet alleen de planning van service-, onderhouds- en installatiewerkzaamheden aan koel- en vriesinstallaties, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer het nodig is. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat snijmachines perfect onderhouden zijn en dat messen tijdig vervangen worden, zodat de klant steeds op jou kan rekenen voor een piekfijne werking van hun installaties.

Een typische werkdag start met het doornemen van de planning en het voorbereiden van je volledig uitgeruste servicewagen. Je rijdt naar klanten in de regio waar je zelfstandig herstellingen uitvoert, periodiek onderhoud verzorgt en installaties optimaliseert. Je communiceert helder met de klant, stelt correcte diagnoses en zorgt ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig wordt opgevolgd. Dankzij je smartphone regel je efficiënt de noodzakelijke administratie en blijf je vlot in contact met het technische team.

  • Je beschikt over een koeltechnisch certificaat (Koelinstallaties Categorie I).
  • Je hebt een sterke technische basis in elektriciteit en elektromechanica.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent flexibel, past je makkelijk aan en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en hebt geen schrik van technische uitdagingen.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must: starters zijn welkom en krijgen de kans om te leren en te groeien.
