Jouw rol als Technisch Operator Extrusie

Als Technisch Operator Extrusie ben jij de spil in het extrusieproces van onze dierenvoeding. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ingrediënten efficiënt worden verwerkt tot hoogwaardige honden- en kattenbrokken. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en nauwkeurigheid garandeer je een vlot en kwaliteitsvol productieproces.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Afstellen en bedienen van extrusiemachines volgens de productieplanning
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen en eindproducten
  • Strikt opvolgen van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van basisonderhoud
  • Actief samenwerken met de kwaliteitsafdeling
  • Werken in een enthousiast team in een 3-ploegenstelsel (5-13, 13-21, 21-5)
