The posting

Als Test Rigs Technician speel je een cruciale rol in het opbouwen en onderhouden van proefopstellingen voor de nieuwste transmissies en elektrische powertrains. Je werkt nauw samen met test engineers en andere afdelingen om innovatieve tests uit te voeren en resultaten te analyseren. Veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid staan hierbij altijd voorop, net als je zin voor orde en netheid.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het bouwen of aanpassen van een testopstelling op basis van een werkinstructie of in overleg met de testaanvrager. Je installeert de opstelling op een testbank, voert metingen uit en houdt toezicht op het testproces. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van testbanken, gereedschap en instrumenten. Regelmatig overleg je met collega’s om de planning af te stemmen en flexibel in te spelen op veranderingen in workload of producten.

  • Diploma elektromechanica (professionele bachelor of HBO5) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Grondige kennis van elektromechanica, elektriciteit en mechanica
  • Interesse in autotechniek
  • Basiskennis metaalbewerking en machinebouw
  • Kennis van lagers, koppelingen, assen en transmissies is een plus
  • Secuur, verantwoordelijk en ordelijk werken
  • PC-vaardig (Excel, Outlook, ...)
  • Basiskennis Engels
  • Vertrouwd met 5S, housekeeping en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Sterke teamspeler
  • Startende tot enkele jaren ervaring (0-5 jaar)
  • Bereidheid om in dagdienst te werken, later flexibel
