Als Europees Transportplanner ben jij dé schakel tussen transportaanvragen, de planning en de uiteindelijke levering. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen vlot en correct hun bestemming bereiken, en dit in samenwerking met een sterk team van collega's, klanten en transportpartners. Je krijgt energie van uitdagingen, schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties en weet altijd het overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische, internationale omgeving.

Takenpakket:

  • Je neemt transportaanvragen in behandeling en zoekt voor elke opdracht de meest efficiënte transportoplossing.
  • Je plant en organiseert dagelijkse transporten naar verschillende Europese landen, waarbij je rekening houdt met de wensen van de klant en de mogelijkheden van de transporteurs.
  • Je maakt duidelijke afspraken met transporteurs en volgt het volledige dossier administratief op van aanvraag tot succesvolle levering.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met collega’s, klanten en transportpartners om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je analyseert planningsuitdagingen en komt met creatieve, haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt, zodat dossiers volledig en up-to-date blijven.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van interne processen en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Transportplanner
  • Professionele bachelor denkniveau
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid
  • Analytisch ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen
  • Flexibel en houdt van afwisseling in het takenpakket
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels; basiskennis Frans is een plus
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Teamspeler die initiatief neemt en graag samenwerkt
  • Prioriteiten stellen en zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
