Als Verhuurmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de volledige verhuur van technisch materieel, met focus op pompen. Je combineert technische kennis met commercieel inzicht en zorgt ervoor dat klanten én collega’s optimaal worden opgevolgd. Jij regelt het volledige verhuurtraject en garandeert een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Onderhouden van B2B-klantcontacten en analyseren van technische noden
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Op termijn opmaken van bestekken
  • Aansturen van het werkplaatsteam (mecaniciens, techniekers, medewerkers)
  • Plannen en opvolgen van werkzaamheden en beschikbaarheid van het verhuurmaterieel
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete, technisch en commercieel haalbare oplossingen
  • Schakelen tussen klant, verhuur, werkplaats en techniek
  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in verhuur van machines, materieel of technische installaties
  • Sterke technische feeling én commercieel inzicht
  • Ervaring met B2B-klanten
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Team kunnen aansturen én motiveren
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk
  • Ervaring met offertes opmaken (ervaring met bestekken is een plus)
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands
