  • Je volgt schadedossiers nauwgezet op en handelt deze af
  • Je plant en coördineert onderhoud en herstellingen met garages
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over hun voertuigen
  • Je ondersteunt de Logistiek Manager bij dagelijkse taken en projecten

  • Ochtend: Je checkt de status van het wagenpark en plant onderhoudsafspraken
  • Middag: Je verwerkt administratieve taken en behandelt schademeldingen
  • Namiddag: Je controleert voertuigen bij ontvangst en teruggave, en staat collega’s te woord
  • Doorheen de dag: Je schakelt vlot tussen praktische problemen en administratieve opvolging
