The posting

Als werkvoorbereider ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt dat zorgt voor een perfecte voorbereiding van maatkasten- en binnendeurenprojecten. Je bent de verbindingspersoon tussen de verschillende afdelingen: van verkoop en productie tot levering en plaatsing. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en zorgt dat ieder project technisch correct en tijdig wordt uitgewerkt.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag ben je bezig met het technisch uitwerken en voorbereiden van maatwerkprojecten. Je stelt overzichtelijke bestellingen op, controleert productieorders en volgt leveringen op. Je overlegt met het atelier, externe plaatsers en leveranciers. Daarnaast werk je actief samen binnen een hecht team en denk je mee over optimalisaties die het werk nog efficiënter maken.

Ben jij nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en heb je affiniteit met hout en interieur? Wil je deel uitmaken van een team waar vakmanschap en korte communicatielijnen centraal staan? Solliciteer dan snel en groei mee in een warme, familiale werkomgeving.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en affiniteit met hout, interieur of schrijnwerk
  • Ervaring met het uitwerken en voorbereiden van maatwerkprojecten is een plus
  • Kennis van tekenprogramma’s zoals AutoCAD, Widooca, SketchUp of TopSolid is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterk in communicatie: je kan vlot overleggen met collega’s, leveranciers en externe plaatsers
  • Je hebt een opleiding lager, secundair of hoger secundair onderwijs, of een graduaat
  • Ervaring is niet vereist, motivatie en leergierigheid zijn het belangrijkst
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
