Unterstütze im Kundenservice eines international bekannten Zahlungsanbieters deutschsprachige Kunden bei Fragen zu Zahlungen, Rechnungen und Rückerstattungen. Du arbeitest vor Ort in Athen, sammelst internationale Berufserfahrung und entdeckst nach Feierabend das Leben in Griechenland. Für deinen Start bekommst du Unterstützung bei der Anreise, eine Unterkunft für die ersten vier Wochen und eine Einarbeitung in deine neuen Aufgaben.Deine Aufgaben: ▶️ Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail zu Zahlungen, Rechnungen und Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten.▶️ Du erklärst die verfügbaren Bezahloptionen beim Online-Shopping und hilfst bei Fragen zu Finanzierungsvereinbarungen.▶️ Du unterstützt bei Rückerstattungen, Zahlungsrückbuchungen und der Verifizierung von Kundenkonten.▶️ Du dokumentierst Kundenanliegen sorgfältig, hältst Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben ein und leitest komplexere Fälle an die zuständigen Teams weiter.Das bringst du mit: ▶️ Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau▶️ Freude am Kundenkontakt und die Fähigkeit, auch bei Beschwerden freundlich und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben▶️ Einen Realschulabschluss oder Abitur – Erfahrung im Kundenservice, technischen Support oder im Callcenter ist hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung▶️ Eine EU-StaatsbürgerschaftDeine Vorteile: - Faires Gehalt: 1.300 € brutto plus verschiedene Boni * Sonderzahlungen: Weihnachtsgeld, Ostergeld und Urlaubsgeld * Rundum abgesichert: Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag und private Krankenversicherung ab deinem ersten Arbeitstag * Extra für deine Mittagspause: 5 € Essenszuschuss pro Arbeitstag * Kostenlose Unterkunft für die ersten vier Wochen * Kostenloser Flug und Flughafentransfer * Hilfe beim Ankommen: Unterstützung bei Behördenthemen und Co. * Ausführliche und bezahlte Einarbeitung Mögliche Starttermine für diese Position liegen innerhalb der nächsten zwei Monate.Klingt perfekt für dich?
