Sie möchten mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Fundraising dazu beitragen, dass geflüchtete Menschen ihren Weg in den Arbeitsmarkt finden? Bei der Job-Werkstatt sichern Sie die Finanzierung unserer Angebote und pflegen tragfähige Beziehungen zu unseren Geldgebenden.

Die Job-Werkstatt Mettmenstetten verbindet Bildung, Coaching und persönliche Begleitung mit der Suche und Vermittlung von Arbeitsstellen. Dazu gehören Deutsch-, Computer- und Mathematikkurse sowie ein Lese- und Schreibdienst. Wir vernetzen geflüchtete Menschen mit Arbeitgebenden und begleiten beide Seiten bei der Anstellung.

Für den Bereich institutionelles Fundraising bietet die Job-Werkstatt per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine sinnstiftende Aufgabe als

Verantwortliche/r Fundraising 40 %.

Was Sie bei uns bewirken können

  • Sie planen und steuern die Fundraisingaktivitäten und entwickeln in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Vorstand die Fundraisingstrategie weiter.
  • Sie recherchieren neue Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten, gewinnen Geldgebende - insbesondere Stiftungen - und pflegen bestehende Förderbeziehungen zu Stiftungen, Unternehmen, öffentlicher Hand und Service Clubs.
  • Sie verfassen Fördergesuche und Projektberichte und überwachen die relevanten Fristen.
  • Sie betreuen das jährliche Privatspenden-Mailing und die Spendenadministration inklusive Verdankungen und Datenpflege.
  • Ergänzend wirken Sie am Newsletter, am Jahresbericht und an weiteren Kommunikationsaufgaben mit - abgestimmt auf die verfügbaren Ressourcen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im institutionellen Fundraising, idealerweise auch im Privatspenden-Fundraising.
  • Sehr gutes schriftliches Deutsch und Sicherheit im Verfassen von Fördergesuchen und Berichten.
  • Ein gewinnendes Auftreten und Freude an der Beziehungspflege.
  • Strategisches Denken, eine selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Teamgeist und Engagement für die Integration geflüchteter Menschen.
