Врач-терапевт: 1. Проводит осмотр вновь поступивших получателей социальных услуг, обеспечивает оперативное установление диагноза. 2. Проводит осмотры обратившихся к нему получателей социальных услуг, назначает лечение, при необходимости решает вопрос о госпитализации в учреждения здравоохранения. 3. Производит записи в историях болезни осмотренных больных, делает в них медицинские назначения. 4. Контролирует выполнение средним медицинским персоналом и получателями социальных услуг назначений и соблюдение предписанного режима. 5. При выявлении больных, подозрительных на особо опасные инфекции, проводит мероприятия согласно инструкции. 6. Сообщает врачу-психиатру о состоянии здоровья проживающих и вновь поступивших, для установления первоочередности их осмотра. 7. В случае необходимости обеспечивает своевременное обследование получателей социальных услуг и консультации специалистами учреждения здравоохранения. 8. Обеспечивает качественную и безопасную медицинскую помощь в соответствии с порядками и стандартами медицинской помощи. 9. Осуществляет диспансеризацию соматических больных. 10. Проводит плановые осмотры при иммунизации получателей социальных услуг. 2.10.1 Осуществляет контроль за правильностью питания получателей социальных услуг. 11. При возникновении чрезвычайных происшествий, немедленно докладывает о случившемся заведующему медицинским отделением. 12. Систематически повышает свою квалификацию. 13. Соблюдает правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима в учреждении. 2.14. Осуществляет контроль и ведение установленной медицинской документации. 2.15. Обеспечивает условия по профилактике заболевания. 2.16. Составляет ежемесячный, ежеквартальный, ежегодный план работы. 2.17. Соблюдает врачебную этику и деонтологию. 2.18. Осуществляет контроль за наличием и объемом лекарственных препаратов согласно стандартам оказания медицинской помощи, в случае необходимости своевременно производит замену отсутствующих лекарственных препаратов. 2.19. Участвует в планерках и совещаниях, проводимых в учреждении по роду своей деятельности, а также в межведомственных совещаниях. 2.20. Соблюдает кодекс этики и служебного поведения работников учреждений социального обслуживания. 2.21. Соблюдает требования антикоррупционной политики учреждения.
