осуществлять руководство деятельностью медицинского отделения учреждения, в соответствии с действующим законодательством и нормативно-правовыми актами; - своевременно докладывать руководителю учреждения об отсутствующих на работе и о выходе персонала на работу; - организовывать совместно с врачом терапевтом осмотр проживающих, в том числе вновь принятых, их обследование и назначение необходимых лечебных мероприятий; - осуществлять контроль за организацией и качеством питания проживающих согласно установленных стандартов; - совместно с врачом терапевтом определять показания для госпитализации и организовывать ее; - своевременно и тщательно оформлять, вести и сдавать всю необходимую документацию (медицинскую и иную) в установленные сроки по утвержденным формам; - соблюдать правила и принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии; - выявлять факторы риска развития хронических неинфекционных заболеваний; - осуществлять первичную профилактику в группах высокого риска; - квалифицированно и своевременно исполнять приказы, распоряжения и поручения руководства учреждения в рамках трудовых отношений, а также нормативно-правовые акты по своей профессиональной деятельности; - систематически повышать свою квалификацию по занимаемой должности; - поводить санитарно-просветительскую работу среди проживающих, их родственников и персонала по укреплению здоровья и профилактике заболеваний, пропаганду здорового образа жизни; - организовывать и дифференцированно привлекать проживающих к различным формам лечебно-трудовой деятельности; - организовывать и проводить мероприятия по повышению квалификации, усовершенствованию, аттестации и переаттестации медицинского персонала, проводить технические учебы, конференции, подготавливать персонал для оказания неотложной помощи и профилактике особо опасных инфекций, подготавливать молодых специалистов; - организовывать и осуществлять контроль за соблюдением санитарно-эпидемиологического режима персоналом учреждения; - оказывать консультативную помощь медицинскому персоналу учреждения в общении с проживающими по профилю своей работы; - организовывать проведение медицинских осмотров проживающих согласно нормативных документов.
