Осуществляет административно-организационную работу по обеспечению подготовки и проведению концертов на стационарных площадках филармонии, в том числе: - заблаговременно согласовывает с директорами творческих коллективов и солистами сроки и условия проезда по маршрутам, проживания в гостиницах, графики пребывания; - контролирует своевременное заключение договора на проведение концерта со сторонними творческими коллективами, солистами и его исполнение; -осуществляет бронирование и покупку билетов на все виды транспорта для сторонних коллективов и солистов; -осуществляет бронирование гостиничных номеров для проживания сторонних творческих коллективов и солистов; -контролирует своевременное прохождение документов для проведения расчетов с гостиницами, оплаты бронирования и приобретения билетов на все виды транспорта; - контролирует выполнение бытового райдера творческих коллективов и солистов, в том числе отслеживает готовность помещений концертного зала филармонии и других концертных площадок, закулисных помещений к приему и обслуживанию сторонних и собственных творческих коллективов и солистов; - взаимодействует с работниками отдела обеспечения концертной деятельности по выполнению технического райдера творческих коллективов и солистов; - контролирует прохождение заявок для проведения мероприятий филармонии на сторонних площадках; - контролирует своевременное изготовление и размещение рекламы, выпуск программок концерта, поступление билетов в продажу, организацию буфетного обслуживания; - осуществляет дежурство на концертах и иных мероприятиях в соответствии с утвержденным планом работы концертного зала филармонии; - обеспечивает, в случае необходимости, вызов скорой медицинской помощи, пожарной и аварийно-спасательной служб.
