Проведение комплекса работ по подтверждению соответствия продукции требованиям ТР ТС 021/2011 (О безопасности пищевой продукции) и смежных регламентов ( ТР ТС 022/2011 на маркировку, ТР ТС 023/2011 на соки, ТР ТС 024/2011 на масложировую продукцию, ТР ТС 033/2013 на молоко, ТР ТС 034/2013 на мясо и др.). [1] Рассмотрение заявок от заявителей, экспертиза пакета документов, анализ протоколов испытаний и ветеринарных документов (при наличии). Проведение оценки/аудита систем менеджмента безопасности пищевой продукции на основе принципов ХАССП (ISO 22000 / ГОСТ Р ИСО 22000) на предприятиях. [1] Оформление решений, подготовка экспертных заключений, регистрация деклараций и выдача сертификатов соответствия (в рамках добровольных систем). Внесение всех необходимых сведений и ведение записей во ФГИС Росаккредитации . Участие в регулярных процедурах подтверждения компетентности (ПК) органа по сертификации.

Образование: Высшее профильное (пищевое/технологическое, стандартизация и сертификация) либо высшее образование + диплом о профессиональной переподготовке по направлению Подтверждение соответствия пищевой продукции . Опыт работы: Строго от 3-х лет в аккредитованном органе по сертификации пищевой продукции (подтвержденный документально согласно требованиям Росаккредитации). Знания: Глубокое понимание требований ТР ТС 021/2011, ТР ТС 022/2011, профильных пищевых технических регламентов и стандартов серии ISO 22000. Понимание принципов работы испытательных лабораторий. Навыки: Свободное владение ФГИС Росаккредитации, личным кабинетом эксперта. Опыт взаимодействия с экспертными группами при ПК.
