0,75 ст Работа с фондом и учёт Комплектование фонда. Отбор и заказ новой литературы с учётом возрастных особенностей детей, их интересов и образовательных программ. Систематизация и обработка. Ведение каталогов, карточек, тематических подборок по запросам. Учёт и сохранность. Регистрация поступлений и списаний, участие в инвентаризациях, контроль за правильным хранением. Списание. Выявление и исключение из фонда ветхих, устаревших или непрофильных изданий. Сверка с федеральным списком. Регулярная проверка фонда на наличие материалов, включённых в Федеральный список экстремистских материалов, и их изъятие. Обслуживание читателей Помощь в подборе литературы. Консультации по выбору книг, помощь в поиске информации в фонде и электронных ресурсах. Выдача документов. Оформление выдачи на абонементе, контроль сроков пользования, работа с задолжниками. Индивидуальная работа. Беседы при записи в библиотеку, рекомендации по чтению, формирование читательского интереса. Организация мероприятий. Проведение тематических выставок, обзоров, литературных вечеров, квестов, мастер-классов с учётом возрастных особенностей детей. Обучение информационной грамотности. Помощь в освоении навыков работы с каталогами, электронными базами данных и поиском информации в интернете. Методическая и организационная работа Участие в планировании. Помощь в разработке текущих и перспективных планов работы отдела и библиотеки в целом. Изучение потребностей. Анализ читательских интересов через опросы, анкетирование, анализ формуляров для корректировки работы. Методическая поддержка. Обмен опытом с коллегами, участие в семинарах и конференциях. Внестационарное обслуживание. Организация выездных читальных залов, библиотечных пунктов, книгоношества по заявкам. Работа с документацией Ведение учётных документов. Дневники работы, читательские формуляры, тетради учёта заменённых книг и другие формы. Составление отчётов. Участие в подготовке статистических отчётов за месяц, квартал или год.

Среднее профессиональное образование (библиотечное, культуры и искусства, педагогическое). Знания и умения: Законы и иные нормативные правовые акты РФ, определяющие развитие библиотечного дела. Основы библиотечного дела и библиографии. Основные технологические процессы работы библиотеки. Формы и методы индивидуальной и массовой работы с читателями. Основы трудового законодательства. Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. Правила по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Умение ориентироваться в литературе по всем отраслям знаний, следить за новыми поступлениями в фонд, организовывать его, рационально обслуживать читателей, пропагандировать книгу, оказывать методическую помощь по профилю работы.
