Обеспечивает эффективную и устойчивую работу поликлиники №1, организацию административно-хозяйственной и иной деятельности учреждения. Организовывает, осуществляет контроль за работой сотрудников поликлиники 1в соответствии с нормативными документами. 2.2. Обеспечивает при работе с документацией выполнение требований законодательства относительно работы с персональными данными пациентов и сведениями, составляющими врачебную тайну. 2.4. С целью профессионального роста, формирования соответствующих профессиональных навыков и присвоения соответствующих квалификационных категорий: 2.4.1. Получает в установленном порядке дополнительное профессиональное образование (принимает участие в программах повышения квалификации); 2.4.2. Принимает участие в соответствующих программах через системы наставничества и стажировок; 2.4.3. Использует современные дистанционные образовательные технологии (образовательные порталы и вебинары), тренинги в симуляционных центрах. 2.5. Осуществляет ведение документации, в том числе в электронном виде на всех этапах своей работы. 2.6. Должен иметь навыки работы с медицинской информационной системой Барс, уверенно работать на компьютере. 2.7. Соблюдает требования законодательства Российской Федерации в сфере охраны здоровья, нормативные правовые акты и иные документы, регламентирующие деятельность медицинских организаций и медицинских работников, в том числе: 2.7.1. Врачебную тайну, клятву врача;

. Имеющее высшее профессиональное (медицинское) образование по специальности Лечебное дело . Послевузовское профессиональное образование интернатура или (и) ординатура, и значительный опыт работы по данной специальности, теоретические знания в пределах требований первой или высшей квалификационной категорий и обладающий организаторскими способностями и не имеющее ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью, установленной действующим законодательством Российской Федерации, прошедшее обязательное предварительное (при поступлении на работу) и проходящее в процессе работы периодические, а также внеочередные медицинские осмотры (обследования) в порядке, установленном законодательством Российской Федерации.
