Составление и проверка сметной документации на строительно-монтажные работы в программе Гранд-смета ресурсно-индексным методом. Проверка соответствия исполнительной документации актам выполненных работ (форма КС-2), актов освидетельствования (первичных документов), журнала КС-6 на строительство, реконструкцию, модернизацию основного оборудования станции, зданий и сооружений. формирование сметной документации к закупочным процедурам, в случае наличия замечаний к сметной документации, выявленных в процессе ее согласования, их устранение. формирование пакета сметной документации к договорам подряда в процессе их исполнения, изменений стоимости, объемов работ для заключения дополнительных соглашений. формирование сметной документации для лотов закупок на выполнение работ/предоставление услуг по каждому этапу ГКПЗ (опережающие, первоочередные, сводные). формирование сметной документации к инвестиционным проектам для обоснования стоимости к программам МИНЭНЕРГО. подготовка исходной информации для ведения претензионно-исковой работы с последующей ее передачей в профильный блок для организации осуществления претензионно-исковой работы. участие в формировании технических заданий к закупочным процедурам и заключаемым договорам; участие в формировании технических заданий к перспективным проектам, внеплановым проектам; участие в формировании пакета обосновывающих документов к перспективным и внеплановым проектам (ТКП, расчет ПЦ, сводка затрат, паспорт проекта, протоколы); работа с цехами (инициаторами проектов) в части формирования технического обоснования для согласования инвестиционной программы в КИПР, в органах ПК, модуле МСП; контроль соответствия выполняемых работ проектной документации и исполнительной документации; подготовка писем на проектную организацию совместно с цехами о согласовании внесения изменений в ПД (замена марки оборудования и т.д.)
