Среди наших клиентов — крупные холдинги и известные компании. Мы ценим наших сотрудников и предлагаем обучение, повышение квалификации и участие в масштабных проектах. Ищем Аналитика 1С . Основное направление работы — 1С:Зарплата и управление персоналом. Также предстоит решать задачи по другим блокам, в т.ч. регламентированному учету. Ваши задачи: Обследование и описание бизнес-процессов «как есть». Собирать и анализировать требования заказчика. Разрабатывать проектные решения и писать четкие технические задания (ТЗ) для разработчиков 1С. Интеграции 1С:ЗУП Корп. Готовить тестовые сценарии, проверять настройки, доработки и результаты обменов, контролировать устранение ошибок. Подготовка проектной документации согласно шаблонам. Разрабатывать инструкции, обучать пользователей и помогать им на этапе запуска и опытной эксплуатации. Требования к кандидату: Опыт работы от 2 лет в должности специалиста по внедрению. Опыт работы в конфигурациях: 1С ЗУП, 1С ERP, Бухгалтерия предприятия. Умение собирать и формализовать требования пользователей. Умение пользоваться типовыми внешними обработками 1С. Опыт настройки интеграции ЗУП, ЗУП КОРП. Опыт проведения демонстраций и обучения пользователей. Наличие сертификатов 1С . Развитые коммуникативные навыки, аналитическое мышление и лидерские качества. Умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
